    ​*please be sure to pay reservation fee...the form alone does NOT reserve dancer's spot
    *any form without paid fee will be disregarded
    ***Please keep in mind, ALL classes are based on skill level, not age and must reach minimum to hold class. Once we know number of participants/assessments, class levels will be set & your dancer will be placed in the level that will help them grow and thrive the most!
    *we always try our best to have times that work for everyone, however, if your dancer's class time does not work for you and dancer is unable to participate this season due to said time, your registration fee will be refunded
